Great Stuff

(I was afraid you’d ask that). I’m the webmaster here are Great Stuff. Right now we’re trying to figure out the best way to get everything Cathy has here at Great Stuff onto the web site for you to see.

My latest idea is to break down the shop into sections and do a short video walk through of each section, moving the camera slowly and spending a good deal of time in each area. Once that’s done you can see exactly what you you’re looking for without having to go through a rushed 10 minute video of everything inside the shop, or another rushed 10 minute video of everything outside (the wrought and cast iron work, the concrete and decorative garden statues etc.).

So later this week I’ll be meeting with Cathy to go over the details – let’s see if we can’t get each of these sections fleshed out with a nice video that can be updated once every six months or so.

Karl Smith is now here at Great Stuff and he’s going to be able to add photos and facts about those photos. We’ll be adding in a shopping cart too so you can order directly from the site and have items shipped. We’re a “one of a kind” and “as is” business though, mostly, so if you see an item you love today it might not be here next week. (Remember, we also sell on eBay )

If you see something in one of the section videos that you like (as soon as I get them up on the site) give Cathy at Great Stuff a call at (352) 799-6655 and tell whoever answers (Karl, Cathy or Alice) what you’re looking at and they’ll take care of you personally from there.

Come on by Great Stuff – We’re open Saturdays and Sundays – and every other day of the week too. 10:30 am, sometimes earlier and we stay open unti 5:30 (sometimes a bit later too!)

Karl Smith is now working with us here at great stuff – and he’ll be adding some posts and pages to the site and blog. Keep your eyes open and be ready to say hello to Karl. He’s a great guy.
